The Zenith is a small but highly featured climbing sack designed to be carried on long multi-pitch routes. The neat profile allows trouble-free access to your harness gear loops and chalk bag; it also won’t snag on those lengthy descents. The zip panel and bucket style opening limits spillage and allows easy loading and unloading, even on hanging belays. It has internal and external pockets, a hydration sleeve, double gear loops and daisy chains, plus helmet attachment tabs – in fact everything you could possibly need for a big climb. Smooth profile The overall smooth profile reduces the potential for snagging on chimneys or constricted sections, both on the route and when scrambling down the descent gullies afterwards. The low profile base allows easy access to harness racking and chalk bag. Easy access, no spillage A dropped piece of kit on a big route can spell disaster, or at the very least considerable discomfort. The Zenith has an easy access zip panel opening and bucket style design to limit spillage on stances – simply hang it up and dip inside to get what you need (a snack, a drink, the guidebook, or perhaps the head torch!). There is also an internal bar tacked gear loop to allow arrangement of kit. Keep your kit well organised Additional gear loops and daisy chains on the side panels help to keep your gear well organised. There are also external and internal valuables pockets with zip openings – the internal pocket has a key clip for extra security. The Zenith is hydration pack compatible* – there is an internal sleeve to hold the bladder pouch and simple elastic retainers on the shoulder strap for the mouth tube. The perfect size At 18 litres the Zenith is the perfect size for carrying your kit on a big, multi-pitch route. You can fit in everything you’d need, including food, water, extra clothing, the guidebook and your approach shoes. On the walk in, or the walk out, extra gear such as your helmet can be attached to tabs on the top of the sack, or clipped to the external daisy chains if need be. A comfortable and easy carry It has comfortable quick-drying Flow Airmesh back panel and shoulder straps. The load spreading yoke at the top of shoulder straps also doubles as a comfortable carry handle, plus there is a strong bar-tacked grab handle on top for hanging the sack at belays. The waist belt is positioned above the line of your harness but can be removed if you prefer the sack without it. The carefully shaped carrying system includes a sternum strap to improve load stability and maximise your range of movement when climbing. Light but hardwearing We have used light but hardwearing materials throughout the construction of the sack. The streamlined profile also helps to reduce wear and tear. Versatile The Zenith also works well as a bouldering kit bag – the smoothed off profile allows it to be easily squeezed into a folded bouldering pad such as the DMM Highball. And for those times when you just can’t make it out climbing, it will also take small laptops and an A4 file. *Hydration pack not included
